The parish priest of the Orthodox Church in Rožaje visiting the President of the Municipality

The President of the Rožaj Municipality, Ejup Nurković, together with his colleagues, received the members of the church board of the Orthodox Church in Rožaj headed by the parish priest Slobodan Radojević, who took over the Rožaj parish two months ago.
In the conversation, it was stated that there are good relations between the local government and the Church Board, and that both parties are interested in the continuation and improvement of those relations.
- It was agreed that the Municipality will provide funds for the renovation project of the Ružice church roof and for the construction of a new chapel in the immediate vicinity of the church. Also, the request of the representative of the Church Committee to consider the possibility and find the best solution for the new Orthodox cemetery was accepted. In order to resolve the heating of the parish house, the local government provided a one-time financial aid in the amount of 1,500 E.
