The twenty-third regular session of the SO Rožaje has been scheduled

Based on Article 40 of the Law on Local Self-Government ("Official Gazette of Montenegro", No. 02/18, 34/19 and 38/20), Article 48 of the Statute of the Municipality of Rožaje ("Official Gazette of Montenegro - Municipal Regulations", Number 38/18) and Article 68 of the Rules of Procedure of the Rožaje Municipality Assembly ("Official Gazette of Montenegro - Municipal Regulations", no. 38/18)

I AM CONVENING THE 23RD (TWENTY THIRD) REGULAR SESSION OF THE ASSEMBLY OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF ROŽAJE

The session will be held on September 21, 2021 (Tuesday), starting at 11 a.m., in the Great Hall of the JU Center for Culture.

I suggest the following for the session:

AGENDA

1. Consideration and adoption of the Semi-Annual Report on total receipts and total expenditures of the Budget of the Municipality of Rožaje for 2021;
2. Consideration Information on the analysis of the work of criminal police officers regarding the state and trend of crime in the area of the municipality of Rožaje, the analysis of the work of police officers for public order and peace, the analysis of work for traffic safety for the year 2020;
3. Consideration Information on the functioning of educational institutions in the area of the municipality of Rožaje for the 2020/21 school year. a year;
4. Consideration of the Report on the work of the Ju Center for Social Work - Rožaje for the year 2020;
5. Consideration of the Report on the work of the JZU Dom zdravlja - Rožaje for the year 2020;
6. Consideration Information on the position and condition of pensioners in the municipality of Rožaje for 2020;
7. Consideration Information on the operations of the Forestry Administration of PJ Rožaje for the year 2020;
8. Consideration and adoption of the proposal of the Decision on amending and supplementing the Decision on the installation, i.e. construction and removal of auxiliary facilities;
9. Consideration and adoption of the proposed Decision on amending the Decision on the appointment of the Rožaje Municipal Election Commission;
10. Consideration and adoption of the proposed Decision on the dismissal of a member of the Rožaje Municipal Election Commission in the permanent composition;
11. Consideration and adoption of the proposal of the Decision on the appointment of the President of the Committee for Inter-Municipal, International Cooperation and European Integration;
12. Consideration and adoption of the proposal of the Decision on the appointment of the Chairman of the Board of LLC "Agency for Design and Development" Rožaje.
