Public call for the election of members of the Council of Radio Rožaja
Based on Article 30 of the Decision on the establishment of a limited liability company, the local public broadcaster "Radio Rožaje" ("Official Gazette of the Republic of Montenegro - Municipal Regulations" no. 16/13), the Selection and Appointments Committee of the Rožaje Municipal Assembly, initiates the procedure for appointing members of the Council of Radio Rožaje and refers
PUBLIC CALL
– JU "Center for Culture", JU Native Museum "Ganića Kula", Limited Liability Company "Sports Center", one member
- NGOs dealing with media, protection of human and minority rights and freedoms, one member,
- public institutions in the field of education, one member
That, within 45 days from the date of publication, submit proposals of candidates for the election of members of the Council of Radio Rožaje.
The Council of Radio Rožaje has three members who are appointed and dismissed by the Assembly of the Municipality of Rožaje.
Members of the Council are chosen from established experts in fields relevant to the performance of Radio Rožaja - journalism, law, economics, sociology, marketing, broadcasting, education, etc., who reside in Rožaja and have a university degree.
Members of the Council of Radio Rožaj cannot be:
- deputies and councilors;
- employed at Radio Rožaje;
- elected, appointed or appointed persons in local self-government bodies;
- the person who elects, appoints or appoints the President of Montenegro, the Parliament of Montenegro or the Government;
-officials of political parties (presidents of parties, members of the presidency, their deputies, members of executive and main committees, as well as other party officials);
-owners of shares, shareholders, members of management bodies, employees, persons under contract, etc. who have an interest in legal entities engaged in the production, broadcasting or distribution of radio or television programs or other self-visual media services and related activities (advertising, electronic communications, etc.);
-persons who are spouses of the persons listed in points 1 to 6 of this article or are related to them in the direct line, regardless of the degree of kinship, in the collateral line up to the second degree of kinship and the second degree of kinship by in-laws.
The proposal for the appointment of a member of the Council contains: first and last name, address and short biography of the proposed candidate and must be signed and certified by the authorized proposer or authorized proposers.
The proposal is accompanied by:
- proof that the proposed candidate is a citizen of Montenegro and has a residence in Montenegro,
- proof of professional training of the proposed candidate,
- statement of the proposed candidate on acceptance of the candidacy and that there is no interference from this call for his appointment as a member of the Council.
Proposals for a member of the Council of Radio Rožaja should be submitted to the Municipal Assembly - Selection and Appointment Committee.
This invitation will be published in a daily newspaper and on the official website of the Municipality www.rozaje.me from July 25, 2014 to September 8, 2014.
