Based on Articles 39 and 40 of the Law on State Property (Official Gazette of Montenegro No. 21/9), Articles 29 - 32 of the Decree on Sale and Leasing of State Property (Official Gazette of Montenegro No. 44/10) , the director of the Rožaje Culture Center publishes
PUBLIC CALL
for leasing office space
- Subject of the invitation: Office space on the ground floor of the Rožaje Center for Culture building, area 196.40 m2
Purpose: Business activities, service activities (excluding catering services that serve alcohol) or trade activities
- Lease term: Five (5) years, with the possibility of extension, provided that the tenant regularly provides services for the settlement of obligations towards the Rožaje Center for Culture and accepts the amount of rent determined by the lessor.
- Initial amount of rent: €12 + VAT per square meter of usable area per month.
- The deadline for submission of written bids is eight days from the day of publication of the public invitation.
