NOTICE

Based on Article 57 of the Law on Local Self-Government ("Official Gazette of the Republic of Montenegro" No. 42/04, 28/04, 75/05, 13/06 and Official Gazette of the Republic of Montenegro No. 88/09, 3/10, 38/ 12, 10/14 and 57/14), Articles 68 and 72 paragraph 1 of the Statute of the Municipality of Rožaje "Official Gazette of Montenegro - Municipal Regulations" no. 9/11) The president of the municipality adopts:

 

CONCLUSION

As part of the environmental action "Clean up Montenegro in a day" organized by ADP ZID, in which the municipality of Rožaje participates, employees of local administration bodies who wish to join the action on May 20, 2016, are released from work obligations.

The elders of the authorities are obliged to ensure the functioning of the office as well as the duty in these authorities so that, in case of need, it is possible to respond to any urgent request.

Employees of the Municipal Police Service and DOO Komunalno Rožaje are obliged to make themselves available to the Team managing this environmental action on May 20, 2016.

I recommend all legal entities operating in the territory of the municipality of Rožaje to release their employees, who would participate in this action, from work duties on May 20, 2016, and thus support and participate in the action.
