The delegation of the University "Sakarya University" paid an official visit to the municipality of Rožaje

On the initiative of the NGO "Students of Montenegro in Turkey", a delegation from the state university "Sakarya University" from Turkey, consisting of the rector Bariša Tonguć, the director for international students Hakan Aslan, the president of the students of Montenegro in Turkey Mustafa Salihović and the secretary of the association "Students from the Balkans in Sakariji" Hamza Zoranić visited the "30 September" Gymnasium and the "Mehmed Fatih" madrasa in Rozaje on April 23. After visiting two schools, the delegation met with the President of the Rožaje Municipal Assembly, Almir Avdić.

The main goal of the visit included the presentation of the Student Exchange Program and the model of cooperation between universities and secondary schools in Montenegro and Turkey.
"Sakarya University", with a large number of departments, is ranked among the best universities in Turkey.
It was founded in 1970 and is located not far from Istanbul, more precisely in the province of Sakarija, where a large number of people originally related to the area of Sandzak live.
The assistant rector, Mr. Tonguć, said that he hopes for excellent cooperation with educational institutions in Montenegro.
The president of the students of Montenegro in Turkey, Mustafa Salihović, thanked the delegation of the University for the visit and said that the NGO "Students of Montenegro in Turkey" advocates cooperation between the students of Montenegro and Turkey in all social areas.
