President Husović: The school in Dacići is important for Rožaje
Students, teachers and management elementary school "Daciće" they marked today School day, at the same time, the beginning of the school year.
The school building, which was affected by the fire in May, has not yet been reconstructed, so classes will begin in the remodeled premises of the infirmary.
President Rahman Husovic, addressing the audience, expressed his belief that Government of Montenegro soon start the implementation of the project of building a new school building and thus create modern conditions for teaching. He said that the local self-government will continue to improve living conditions in Dacići so that the residents of that local community and their children can plan for the future in that place.
"This school, where classes are taught in the Albanian language, is very important for Rožaje. It is one of the symbols of coexistence and fraternal connection of people living in this area. The municipality is ready to support any project that is in the interest of preserving multicultural wealth. Together we will fight and solve all the problems that concern our existence. I am sure that the good cooperation that we have established will continue in the coming period.", the president said Husovic and congratulated the School Day.
Director of the school in Dacići Hadži Ljaić in his opening address, he pointed out all the challenges that the school is currently facing and emphasized that the employees of that educational institution will do their best to impart knowledge to the students.
Former educator and respected citizen of the municipality of Rozaj Soko Dacić he praised President Husović's attitude towards the needs of the residents of Dacić and pointed out that "everyone is one" in Rožaje and that the school where he spent his working life always had the support of the entire community.
After the opening speeches, the students presented themselves with impressive performances, and later they were handed bags and school supplies donated by friends of the school.
The president visited the premises where classes will be held temporarily.
