Activities on the modernization of local roads continue

The works will last until the end of the construction season

Preparatory works for the reconstruction and rehabilitation of several local roads are underway.
President of the Municipality Rahman Husovic today, together with his colleagues, he visited the works being carried out in Ibarcanon Veljko Vlahovića Street as well as on the road section in the settlement Shushteri.

President Husovic said in a conversation with the locals that he hopes for favorable weather conditions so that the local self-government, by the end of this year's construction season, will implement all the projects that are foreseen in the current investment plan.
He added that in the course of the next investment cycles, numerous infrastructural problems faced by the citizens will be solved.

Director of the Directorate for Investments and Traffic Armin Honsic he emphasized that he was satisfied with the dynamics of the works and noted that, despite all the difficulties caused by the corona virus, this year the Municipality invested significant funds in the modernization of the local road network and that, in accordance with the needs of the citizens, activities in that area will continue in the same way intensity.
