On the basis of Articles 21, 22, 23 and 24 of the Decision on the criteria, method and procedure for the distribution of funds to support women's entrepreneurship ("Official Gazette of Montenegro - Municipal Regulations", No. 34/19 of 19 August 2019), the Committee for the Distribution of Funds for supporting female entrepreneurship at the VI Session held on April 23, 2021, brings:

Reasoning
The public competition for the allocation of funds from the budget of the municipality of Rožaje, dedicated to supporting women's entrepreneurship, was announced on February 12, 2021. and was open for 45 days, until March 29, 2021. year, until 12 noon.
After the deadline set by the Public Competition for submission of applications for the allocation of grants to support women's entrepreneurship, the Committee for the Distribution of Funds to Support Women's Entrepreneurship opened the received applications for the competition on April 9, 2021.
On that occasion, it stated that Amela Murić's application did not meet the eliminatory criteria of the competition (identity card from Tutin, Serbia), so the Commission stated that her application will not be evaluated.
The commission determined that the application of Almere Đozović was incomplete, due to the lack of a certificate from the Tax Administration on the orderly settlement of taxes and contributions not older than 30 days, and was rejected from the evaluation process.
Three applications did not have complete documentation and the documentation was requested to be supplemented within three days.
At the VI Session of the Commission, which was held on April 23, 2021. In 2008, each member of the Commission was scored individually, after which a score list was created with the average number of points for each business plan applicant. Based on the established summary score list, a ranking list was created, which is an integral part of this Decision. Business plans with an average number of points below 50 are not supported by distribution in accordance with the conditions of the competition.
