The municipality simplified the payment of debt based on real estate tax

Since the beginning of November, the Local Public Revenue Administration has enabled citizens and taxpayers to be informed about real estate tax obligations directly through the official website of the Municipality of Rožaje - here.

After registration, which is simple and involves entering personal data (name and surname, social security number, residential address, phone number and email address), legal and natural persons can download solutions on tax obligations and find out about the amount of tax they owe on different grounds - commercial and residential buildings, land.

On the website of the Municipality, within the information from Administration of local public revenues, there are giro account numbers to which individuals and legal entities can pay debts.

This newspaper will be especially useful for our fellow citizens living in the diaspora because, after being informed about the real estate tax debt, they will be able to settle their obligations through online payment.

Efficient and transparent collection of local public revenues in Rožaje was made possible as part of a project that includes the use of new software for determining and collecting local public revenues implemented by the Municipality of Rožaje and supported by the Union of Municipalities of Montenegro in cooperation with UNDP.
