Based on Article 14 and in connection with Article 28 of the Law on Environmental Impact Assessment ("Official Gazette of Montenegro", number 75/18), the Secretariat for Spatial Planning and Environmental Protection of the Municipality of Rožaje

that "KAMENUŠA" DOO from Rožaj submitted a request number: UPI 06-322/22-91 dated March 15, 2022. of the year, on the need to prepare an Elaboration on environmental impact assessment for the project "DV 10 kV STS Sređane - STS KAMENUŠA", on floor plot no. 149 KO Seoshnica.

The inspection can be carried out in the premises of the Secretariat for Spatial Planning and Environmental Protection (office no. 6) every working day from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., starting from March 18, 2022. years.

Interested authorities and organizations may, within 5 (five) working days from the day of receipt, i.e. publication of the notice, submit their opinion and remarks to this Secretariat, as the competent authority.
