Notice regarding the request for the legalization of the illegal building of Murić Muhamed

Regarding the request of Murić Muhamed No. UP0403-641 dated July 10, 2018, for the legalization of an illegal building, we inform you of the following:

Considering your request number above, this authority determined that your request number above is incomplete, and that you are in accordance with Article 60 of the Law on Administrative Procedure (SI.list CG" number 56/14, 20/15, 40/16 and 37/ 17), and in connection with Article 154, 156 and 158 of the Law on Spatial Planning and Construction of Buildings ("S1. list of the Republic of Montenegro 64/17, 44/18, 63/18 and 82/20), obliged to within 45 days submit to this Secretariat a certified report on the survey of the completed state of the built object made by a licensed geodetic organization and a record of the existence of the object in the cadastral records, i.e. an extract from the cadastral records.
If you do not submit the required documentation within the deadline, please note that the Secretariat for Planning, Spatial Planning and Environmental Protection of the Municipality of Rožaje will reject your request as irregular, in accordance with Article 60 of the Law on Administrative Procedure (S1. sheet of the Republic of Montenegro 56/14, 20 /15, 40/16 1 37/17).
