Public call for registration in the municipal register of sports organizations for the year 2023

Based on Article 33, Paragraph 1 of the Decision onfinancing of sports ("Official Gazette of Montenegro Municipal Regulations" no. 07/19), Secretariat for Social Activities of the Municipality of Rožaje announces:

PUBLIC CALL
FOR ENROLLMENT IN THE MUNICIPAL REGISTER OF SPORTS ORGANIZATIONS FOR THE YEAR 2023

I Sports clubs, sports recreation organizations, sports organizations of persons with disabilities, school sports clubs and school sports associations from the territory of the municipality of Rožaje, which are not registered in the municipal register of sports organizations, are invited to submit the following documents and information to the Secretariat for Social Activities of the Municipality of Rožaje:

    • decision on registration (issued by the Ministry of Youth Sports of Montenegro, i.e. proof that they are registered in accordance with the Law on Sports ("Official Gazette of Montenegro", No. 44/18);

    • statute;

    • foundation act;

    • record of the work of the Assembly of the sports organization;

    • information on the number of members of the sports organization;

    • data on the number of licensed coaches in the sports organization;

    • information on whether the sports organization uses the services of DOO "Sportski centar" Rožaje, or uses its own sports fields.

In addition to the above documents, it is necessary to fill out the application form for 2023, which can be downloaded from the office of the Secretariat for Social Activities of the Municipality of Rožaje. You can download the application form HERE.

II  Also, sports clubs, sports recreation organizations, sports organizations of persons with disabilities, school sports clubs and school sports associations from the territory of the municipality of Rožaje, which are registered in the municipal register of sports organizations, are invited to submit to the Secretariat for Social Activities of the Municipality of Rožaje information on whether the sports the organization has undergone possible changes significant for the management of the municipal register of sports organizations.

III The public call for registration in the Municipal Register of Sports Organizations in the Municipality of Rožaje for the year 2023 is open for 15 days from the date of publication and lasts from 09.12.2022 to 23.12.2022. years.

IV  Sports organizations that are not registered in the Municipal Register of Sports Organizations lose the right to participate in the Contest for co-financing the work program of sports organizations for the year 2023.
