Adopted resolution approving the Elaboration of Environmental Impact Assessment for the project Regulation of the Ibar riverbed through the Suho Polje settlement

Based on Article 24 paragraph 5 and in connection with Article 28 of the Law on Environmental Impact Assessment ("Official Gazette of Montenegro", No. 75/18), the Secretariat for Spatial Planning and Environmental Protection of the Municipality of Rožaje

da je nosiocu projekta  Opština Rožaje- Sekretarijat za finansije i ekonomski razvoj- Služba za izradu razvojnih projekata, Maršala Tita br.1- Rožaje, donijeto rješenje br. UPI 06-322/23-101/8  od  14.04.2023. godine, kojim je data saglasnost na Elaborat procjene uticaja na životnu sredinu za projekat Regulacija korita rijeke Ibar kroz naselje Suho Polje u Rožajama.

In the conducted environmental impact assessment procedure, it was determined that the Environmental Impact Assessment Report was prepared in accordance with the Law on Environmental Impact Assessment ("Official Gazette of Montenegro", No. 75/18).

The consent decision established the obligation of the Project Holder to carry out the implementation of the subject project in accordance with the environmental protection measures established in the Elaboration of Impact Assessment, which refer to:

- measures to prevent, reduce or eliminate a significant adverse impact on the environment;

- program for monitoring the impact of the project on the environment (monitoring).

An appeal can be filed against the decision on giving consent to the Elaborate to the Chief Administrator of the Municipality of Rožaje, within 15 days from the date of publication of the notice in the media.
