Biography
Amer Dacic, born on February 19, 1986 in Rožaje. He finished primary and secondary school in Rožaje. He entered the Faculty of Law in Podgorica in 2005, where he graduated in 2009 and obtained the title of specialist in legal sciences - judicial department. He completed his internship in the municipality of Rožaje - Property Directorate. From February 2015, he worked in the Office of the Chief Administrator until August 17, 2018, when he performed the function of Acting Secretary of the Municipal Assembly.
From October 2014 to December 2018, he was the secretary of the Complaints Commission of the Municipality of Rožaje. He also held the position of director of the football club "Ibar" from Rožaj. He has been the President of the Complaints Commission of the Football Association of Montenegro - Northern Region since 2017. He was the president of the Council for Citizens' Complaints and Petitions in the Rožaje Municipality Assembly and a deputy member of the Municipal Election Commission for one term. He assumed the position of secretary of the Assembly on February 11, 2019.
He is a member of the Parliament of the Islamic Community in Montenegro.

Secretary of the Assembly: organizes and takes care of professional, administrative and other tasks for the Assembly and its working bodies; prepares the session of the Assembly and its working bodies, takes care of the application of the provisions of the law, the Statute, the Rules of Procedure of the Assembly and other acts regulating the way the Assembly and its working bodies work; organizes and manages the service of the Assembly, is responsible for keeping minutes, transcripts, processing acts of the Assembly and for publishing decisions and other general acts of the Assembly, assists the President of the Assembly in his work; perform other tasks in accordance with this Statute and acts of the Assembly.
