Ambassador Judi Rising Rajnke visiting Rožaje

The Ambassador of the United States of America (USA) in Podgorica, Judy Rising Reinke, was on a working visit to Rožaje.

The delegation of the Embassy of the United States of America (USA) was welcomed by the President of the Municipality, Rahman Husović, the Manager of the Municipality, Mirsad Džudžević, and the Chief of the Cabinet of the President, Emir Kuč.

Ambassador Rajnka spoke with President Husović about the perspective of the local community, the development potential of Rožaj, as well as other important social issues aimed at improving the rule of law and truly equal opportunities for all citizens of our country through the application of the law.

President Husović expressed satisfaction with Ambassador Rajnka's visit and during the conversation presented the development goals of Rožaj as well as the dynamics of the started infrastructure projects. He also emphasized the challenges faced by local self-government in terms of the use of resources, adoption of planning documents, migration and decentralization, all in the direction of achieving goals of public interest.

During the meeting, the vision of the democratization of society on the way to joining the European Union was particularly emphasized.
