The leaders of the municipality of Rožaje received a delegation from the Embassy of France in Montenegro
Ambassador of France in Montenegro e. Kristin Tudik and her colleagues visited Rožaje today. The delegation was welcomed by the presidents of the municipality and the Rožaje Municipality Assembly, Ejup Nurković and Almir Avdić.
Main cThe purpose of the visit is to establish cooperation between the municipality of Rožaje and certain municipalities in France. Rozaje, as a municipality in which the French language is actively taught in schools, according to the guests, it has excellent predispositions to become the main actor of various types of programs on which future relations will be based.
The president of the SO, Almir Avdić, was satisfied with the conversation that the leaders of the administration had with the representatives of the French Embassy and said that the local self-government in Rožaje is open to engagement in all projects that strive to achieve the interests of the citizens of this city.
The ambassador also visited the Gymnasium "30. September" and talked to the director of that educational mouthby Fejzo Murić. Murić pointed out during the conversation the fact that 72 percent of high school students learn French and that it is dominant when it comes to choosing a second foreign language by students.
He in addition to presenting the school's long tradition, presentedis for numerous activities, the implementation of which would primarily improve the conditions in this school where French language learning takes place.
The ambassador of France saidand that the team at the Embassy of France in our country, he is working on designing a project, the implementation of which will further increase the number of students who decide to acquire knowledge in the area of knowledge of the French language.
Murić expressed great satisfaction with today's visit and noted that this was also the first visit by a representative of an embassy to the school he heads.
Gymnasium "30. September" in the course of previous years, it has achieved numerous forms of cooperation with institutions and organizations from numerous countries, including the Republic of Turkey, and through partnership activities, it has visibly modernized the rooms where students acquire knowledge. New, larger projects have been announced for the following period.
