Congratulations of President Avdić on the occasion of Independence Day

I send my most sincere congratulations to all the citizens of Montenegro and the diaspora on the occasion of May 21, Independence Day - the brightest date in the recent history of Montenegro.

I think that we, the people of Rožaj, can proudly state the fact that we supported the independence of Montenegro with the largest percentage.

I believe that in the time ahead we will preserve all achievements and fight for a society of equal opportunities for all in a dignified, libertarian and civilized manner following the goals of development and prosperity of modern European nations gathered in the European Union community.
