The fourth regular session of the SO Rožaje is scheduled for October 25

Based on Article 71 of the Rules of Procedure of the Rožaje Municipal Assembly, the president of the local parliament, Almir Avdić, convened the fourth regular session which will to be held on Thursday, October 25.

The agenda proposal, which consists of 12 points, was agreed upon. Already in the first part of the session, the Statute of the Municipality of Rožaje and the Rules of Procedure of the Municipal Assembly will be considered and approved. Other decisions of importance for local self-government and the community will also be considered.

 Avdić praised the work of the aldermen's clubs and their openness in the direction of reaching an agreement in the field of improving the efficiency of the work of the local assembly and added that he hopes that during the scheduled session, decisions will be adopted that are in the interest of all the citizens of Rožaj.

The session will be held in the hall of the National Library, starting at 11 a.m. Radio and television Rožaje provides a live broadcast.

Agenda proposal for the 4th regular session of the Rožaje Municipal Council:

1.​Filling vacant board positions;

2.​Consideration and adoption of the proposal of the Decision on amendments to the Decision on the appointment of the Municipal Election Commission;

3.​Consideration and adoption of the Statute of the Municipality of Rožaje;

4.​Consideration and adoption of the Rules of Procedure of the Assembly of the Municipality of Rožaje;

5.​Consideration and adoption of the proposal of the Decision on the formation of the Service for Parliamentary Affairs;

6.​Consideration and adoption of proposals on amendments to the Decision on salaries of local officials;

7.​Consideration and adoption of proposals on amendments to the Decision on salaries of local civil servants and state employees;

8.​Consideration and adoption of the proposal of the Decision on amendments and additions to the Decision of the detailed urban plan "Industrial Zone Zeleni";

9.​Consideration and adoption of the proposed Decision on making a local study of the location "Rasadnik";

10.​Consideration and adoption of the proposed Decision on determining the location for the construction of the energy supply-heating plant;

11.​Consideration and adoption of the proposed Decision on the management and use of the "Carine" waterworks;

12.​Dismissals and appointments.
