da je „TOFI“ doo iz Rožaja, donijeto rješenje broj: UPI 06-322/22-122/2 od 18.04.2022. godine, kojim se utvrđuje da je potrebna izrada Elaborata procjene uticaja na životnu sredinu za objekat – postrojenje za proizvodnju asfalta – asfaltna baza, na katastarskoj parceli br. 1375 KO Rožaje, opština Rožaje.

In the decision-making process carried out on the need to prepare an environmental impact assessment report, it was determined that the preparation of the report is necessary.

Instruction on legal protection: An appeal against this decision can be filed with the Chief Administrator of the Municipality of Rožaje within 15 days from the date of delivery of the decision. The complaint is submitted through the Secretariat for Spatial Planning and Environmental Protection of the Municipality of Rožaje.
