da je „TOFI“ d.o.o. iz Rožaja, donijeto rješenje broj: UPI 06-322/22-160/4 od 24.05.2022. godine, kojim se utvrđuje da nije potrebna izrada Elaborata procjene uticaja na životnu sredinu za projekat trafostanice TS 10/0,4 kV 1×630 kVA, na katastarskoj parceli broj 1406 KO Rožaje, opština Rožaje.

In the decision-making process carried out on the need to prepare an Environmental Impact Assessment Elaborate, it was determined that there is no need to prepare an Elaborate.

Instruction on legal protection: An appeal against this decision can be filed with the Chief Administrator of the Municipality of Rožaje within 15 days from the date of delivery of the decision. The complaint is submitted through the Secretariat for Spatial Planning and Environmental Protection of the Municipality of Rožaje.
