DOO "IROTAS" submitted a request on the need to prepare an Elaboration on Environmental Impact Assessment

Based on Article 14 and in connection with Article 28 of the Law on Environmental Impact Assessment ("Official Gazette of Montenegro", number 75/18), the Secretariat for Spatial Planning and Environmental Protection of the Municipality of Rožaje

that DOO "IROTAS" from Rožaj submitted a request number: UPI 06-322/21-301 dated September 23, 2021, regarding the need to prepare an Elaboration on Environmental Impact Assessment for the reconstruction of a residential building and its conversion into a business building,
on cadastral plot no. 80 KO Kalace.

The inspection can be carried out in the premises of the Secretariat for Spatial Planning and Environmental Protection (office no. 6) every working day from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., starting from September 28, 2021. years.

Interested authorities and organizations may, within 5 (five) working days from the day of receipt, i.e. publication of the notice, submit their opinion and remarks to this Secretariat, as the competent authority.
