da je nosiocu projekta Društvu za telekomunikacije “MTEL“ DOO, Kralja Nikole 27A- Podgorica, donijeto rješenje br. UPI 06-322/21-266/7 od 28.09.2021.godine, kojim je data saglasnost na Elaborat procjene uticaja na životnu sredinu za Projekat bazne stanice mobilne telefonije “BA37- Suho Polje“ na kat.parceli br.62 KO Ibarac I- opština Rožaje.
In the conducted environmental impact assessment procedure, it was determined that the Environmental Impact Assessment Report was prepared in accordance with the Law on Environmental Impact Assessment ("Official Gazette of Montenegro", No. 75/18).
The consent decision established the obligation of the Project Holder to carry out the implementation of the subject project in accordance with the environmental protection measures established in the Elaboration of Impact Assessment, which refer to:
- mjere za sprečavanje, smanjenje ili otklanjanje značajnog štetnog uticaja na životnu sredinu;
- pogram praćenja uticaja projekta na životnu sredinu (monitoring).
An appeal can be filed against the decision on giving consent to the Elaborate to the Chief Administrator of the Municipality of Rožaje, within 15 days from the date of publication of the notice in the media.
