Arrival of investors promised by the new government in Rožaje
At the session of the Privatization Tender Commission held today, in the presence of the bidder's representative, the opening of the only bid that was submitted in the public tender for the valorization of "Location 1" as part of the property on the site of the former factory "GORNJI IBAR" in Rožaje, by the company " SANCAKLI MOBILIYA AGAC TIC” AS Turkey.
According to the binding offer, the total price offered for the purchase of the subject property at Location 1A, which consists of the subject land and buildings, is EUR 400 thousand and the offered rent per square meter of the property at Location 1B is EUR 0.60 (sixty euro cents) per square meter of area. , annually, for a period of 7 years starting from the date of entry into force of the Purchase and Investment Agreement.
"Also, the consortium offered the implementation of the Investment Plan, which includes investment in the adaptation and reconstruction of existing facilities at the location in the amount of 986 thousand euros and investments in working capital for the needs of the production process in the amount of 3.39 million euros. In the offer, the bidder indicated the intention to employ 49 workers in the first year of the implementation of the Investment Plan, to employ 30 new workers in the second year, and to employ another 80 new workers and to put production at full capacity in the third year of the implementation of the Investment Program," the announcement of the Council for privatization.
As announced, the Commission will, in accordance with the defined procedure in the first stage of bid evaluation, evaluate the formal correctness, eligibility of the bidder and fulfillment of the required conditions established in the public invitation and tender rules.
