Husović-Ozan: Rozaje is building a bridge of cooperation between Montenegro and Turkey

The President of the Municipality, Rahman Husović, met today with the Ambassador of the Republic of Turkey to Montenegro, Songul Ozan, who was on a working visit to Rožaje with her associates.

During the conversation, possibilities for improving cooperation between Rožaj and Turkish municipalities at different levels were considered. 

President Husović, after expressing his satisfaction with the visit, pointed out that Rožaje is a bridge of cooperation between Montenegro and Turkey due to both kinship and cultural ties between the people of the two, as he assessed, friendly countries. 

The head of the Municipality informed the delegation of the Embassy of the Republic of Turkey that a Business Zone will soon be opened in Rožaje and that in this way the conditions for foreign investments will be significantly improved, which, he added, will be further encouraged by the announced development projects in the field of tourism.

Ambassador Ozan said that Turkey, with all institutions operating in Montenegro, will be open to the implementation of various programs in Rožaje, the main goal of which is to improve the living conditions of citizens.

"Rožaje is an environment rich in human and natural resources that has excellent predispositions for development, the highway that is under construction will speed up the progress process of this environment", said Ambassador Ozan.

At the end of the conversation, Ozan congratulated Husović on taking over the position of President of the Municipality.
