The construction of the kindergarten in Rožaje is proceeding according to the planned dynamics
The construction of the kindergarten "Boško Buha" in Rožaje, which began two months ago, is progressing as planned.
The construction company "Tofi" from Rožaj, with which the Public Works Administration signed the construction contract, after the concrete structure of the ground floor was erected, finished concreting the first slab.
The representatives of the contractor, the supervisor and the Public Works Administration previously agreed that the activities on the construction site would be intensive, so that the construction works would be completed as much as possible before the start of the winter season.
The agreed deadline for the completion of the project is the middle of next year. The value of the investment is over 1.5 million euros, which was provided by the Government of Montenegro through the capital budget.
The construction of the new preschool building was started at the location where the old building, built about seven decades ago, was located.
"The facility was designed as a modern and functional building, with a capacity of about 100 children, with a total gross area of 1,120 square meters. It will have nine rooms intended for children's day care, four of which are for nurseries, teachers' rooms, a kitchen, an administrative block, a multifunctional area with wardrobes, a multipurpose hall and other supporting facilities", it was announced during the presentation of the project.
The Public Works Administration signed a contract with the Podgorica company "Europrojekt" on professional supervision during the construction of the facility.
