REPORT ON THE WORK OF THE COMPLAINTS COMMISSION for the period from October 23, 2014 to December 31, 2014

The report was prepared in accordance with Article 146 of the Law on Civil Servants and Employees ("Official Gazette of Montenegro", No. 39/11, 04.08.2010 to 21.10.2011. 66/12 to 31.12.2012. 34/14 from 08.08. .2014 .year), which established that the Commission is obliged to submit a work report to the President of the Municipality of Rožaje once a year.

Conceptually and content-wise, the structure of the report is determined in such a way as to show the work and actions of the Commission in the period 23.10.-31.12.2014. year, the state of execution of laws and other regulations within the framework of the Commission's jurisdiction, the experience of the Commission's work in the area of protecting the rights of local civil servants and state employees in the part of resolving appeals against decisions on rights and obligations from work and based on the work of local civil servants and state employees and to indicate on possible further legal improvements and development in this area.
