Public competition for the distribution of funds for the co-financing of the work program of sports clubs for 2017

OPEN COMPETITION
for
raspodjelu sredstava za sufinansiranje programa rada sportskih klubova za 2017.godinu
Subject Competition je raspodjela finansijskih sredstava iz budžeta Opštine Rožaje sportskim klubovima registrovanim na teritoriji opštine Rožaje. Sredstva predviđena budžetom Opštine Rožaje za 2017.godinu
for the co-financing of the Work Program of sports organizations in the amount of EUR 190,000.00 will be distributed in accordance with the Decision on co-financing of sports in the Municipality of Rožaje ("Official Gazette of Montenegro - Municipal Regulations" No. 38/15).
The sports club has the right to participate in the Competition if it meets the following conditions:
- that he is registered on the territory of Rožaje in accordance with the law, that he competes in the disciplines in which a unique system of competition is regulated within the official parent sports association and
- da je upisan u opštinski Registar sportskih klubova, na osnovu Javnog poziva koji je bio objavljen na web sajtu Opštine Rožaje u periodu od 01.12.2016.g do 30.12.2016.godine.
Sportski klubovi koji su dobili finansijska sredstva iz budžeta Opštine Rožaje za 2016.godinu dužni su dostaviti izvještaj o odobrenim i realizovanim sredstvima (račune, izvode iz banke i sl.)
More detailed criteria for the distribution of funds provided for sports organizations from the Municipal budget, to sports clubs registered in the territory of the municipality of Rožaje, according to the Decision on co-financing of sports ("Official Gazette of Montenegro - municipal regulations" no. 38/15) are:
- social importance of sports discipline,
- massiveness,
- competition rank, number of registered competition leagues, age categories, position taken in the competition season, CUP competition and other achieved results,
- equal participation of men and women,
- organization of national and international competitions,
- scoring of Olympic sports,
- criteria for the club's existence (tradition),
- scoring of team and individual placement of age categories and achieved results at national and international competitions.
The application for the Competition is submitted on the prescribed form of the Secretariat for the General Administration of the Municipality of Rožaje, on which the documents required for applying for the Competition are specified.
Prijavani obrazac se može O V D J E i na šalteru Građanskog biroa Opštine Rožaje.
Konkurs je otvoren 15 dana od dana objavljivanja u sredstvima informisanja i traje od 10.02.2017. godine do 25.02.2017.godine.
Prijava na Konkurs sa traženom dokumentacijom dostavlja se u zatvorenoj koverti preko pisarnice Opštine Rožaje na adresu: Opština Rožaje-Sekretarijat za opštu upravu, sa naznakom: za Konkurs za sufinansiranje programa rada sportskih klubova
