Public call for the award on September 30, 2021

Based on Article 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22 and 23 of the Decision on Public Recognition and Awards of the Municipality of Rožaje ("Official Gazette of Montenegro - Municipal Regulations", No. 34/19), the Jury for Awarding the Award "30. September" for 2021, announces

PUBLIC CALL FOR AWARD "30. SSEPTEMBER" FOR 2021.A YEAR

Award "30. September" is awarded to legal and natural persons for the highest merits and achieved results and activities in all areas of human creativity, which are of special interest to the Municipality of Rožaje.

Award "30. September" is awarded on the occasion of the Day of the Municipality of Rožaje at the ceremonial session of the Assembly of the Municipality of Rožaje.

The award is given for results achieved in the last year, and in exceptional cases for results achieved in a longer creative period.

Entitlement to the award "30. September" can be realized by individuals and legal entities from Rožaje, as well as individuals who do not live in the territory of the Municipality of Rožaje and institutions whose headquarters are outside Rožaje, if their achievements have a special significance for Rožaje.

Award "30. September" can be awarded to the same person only once.

Award "30. September" can be awarded posthumously, when there are particularly justified reasons for it.

Proposal for the award "30. September" can be submitted by the President of the Municipality, working bodies of the Assembly, local communities, associations, companies and other legal entities and citizens.

Proposal for the award "30. September" must be submitted with an explanation and necessary documentation no later than September 21 of the current year.

Untimely proposals cannot be considered.

Proposals must be submitted in writing, with an indication of the work and results achieved by the candidate for awarding the Award, with an explanation and documentation on the basis of which the value of the results achieved can be assessed.

Proposals are submitted to the Service for Parliamentary Affairs with an indication for the Jury for awarding the award "30. September" for the year 2021 from July 30 to September 20, 2021.
