Public call for mutual termination of employment
Based on Article 7 of the Decision on determining the amount of severance pay for local officials and employees employed in local government bodies and public institutions whose founder is number 4383 of 03.11.2016. and the Decision on amendments to the Decision on determining the amount of severance pay for local officials and employees employed in local government bodies and public institutions founded by the Municipality, number 4442 dated November 6, 2015, President of the Municipality of Rožaje, instructs
VI PUBLIC CALL
For mutual termination of employment
Interested officers and employees employed in local government bodies are invited to submit a request for amicable termination of employment to the heads of bodies and services within 30 days from the date of publication of this invitation.
An employee whose employment relationship is terminated based on mutual termination of employment is entitled to severance pay in the amount of up to 10,000.00 euros or 12 gross wages earned in the last month, if it is more favorable for him.
An official or employee who concludes an agreement on the termination of the employment relationship in accordance with point 2 of this invitation, the employment relationship will end on the day of payment of the severance pay.
The head of the authorities and services will decide individually on each request within 7 days from the date of submission of the request.
An employee, whose employment relationship is terminated based on point 2 of this invitation, may start an employment relationship in local government bodies and public services founded by the municipality within a period of 5 (five) years from the date of payment of severance pay.
This public invitation will be displayed on the notice board of the municipality of Rožaje and published on the official website of the municipality of Rožaje.
