Based on Article 1.58. Law on Local Self-Government [Official Gazette of Montenegro, No. 2/18], Article 1.125. Law on Civil Servants and State Employees (Official Gazette of Montenegro 2/18), and Article 141 of the Labor Law [Official Gazette of Montenegro 49/2008], 26/2009, 88/2009, 26/2010, 59/2011, 66/2012, 31/2014, 53/2014 and 4/2018), President of the Municipality of Rožaje, instructions
PUBLIC CALL
For Agreed Termination of Employment
- Interested officials and employees, employed in the local administration bodies of the municipality of Rožaje, for an indefinite period, as well as employees in public institutions and companies, which are financed from the budget of the municipality of Rožaje, are invited. that within 01.09.2018. by December 31, 2018, to submit to the heads of bodies, institutions and companies, a request for a mutual termination of the employment relationship.
- An employee whose employment relationship is terminated based on the Agreement is entitled to severance pay in the amount of 12 gross wages earned in the month in which the request for Termination by Agreement is submitted.
- For officials and employees employed in local government bodies, as well as employees in public institutions and companies, the employment relationship will end on the day the severance pay is paid, when the work book will be closed and the employment will be deregistered through the competent authority [Tax Administration].
- The elders of bodies and services, public institutions and companies that are financed from the budget of the municipality of Rožaje, will decide on each request, within 15 days from the date of submission of the request.
- An employee whose employment relationship is terminated in the manner regulated by point two of this Invitation cannot re-establish an employment relationship in state bodies, local administration bodies, public services, institutions and companies founded by the Municipality, within a period of 5 years from the date of payment of the severance pay.
- This invitation will be displayed on the notice board of the municipality of Rožaje and published on the official website of the municipality of Rožaje.
