Public call for mutual termination of employment

Based on Article 58 of the Law on Local Self-Government (,,S|.Iist of Montenegro,, No.2/18), Article 125 of the Law on Civil Servants and Employees (,,5|.|ist of Montenegro,,,No.2/18 ), and Article 141 of the Labor Law (Official Gazette of Montenegro 49/2008, 26/2009, 88/2009, 26/2010, 59/2011, 66/12, 31/2014, 56/2014 and 4/2018), President of the Municipality of Rožaje, instructions

PUBLIC CALL

For mutual termination of employment

1. Interested officials and employees, employees of local administration bodies of the municipality of Rožaje for an indefinite period, as well as employees of public institutions and companies, which are financed from the budget of the municipality of Rožaje, are invited to, within 05.02.2019, and until 05.05. .2019, submit to the heads of bodies, institutions and companies, a request for mutual termination of the employment relationship.

2. An employee whose employment relationship is terminated based on the Agreement is entitled to severance pay in the amount of 12 gross wages earned in the month in which the request for mutual termination of employment is submitted, or 12 average gross wages in Montenegro, depending on what is more favorable for the employee (Decision on severance pay in the public sector S|.|ist CG no. 32/16).

3. For civil servants and employees employed in local government bodies, as well as employees in public institutions and companies, the employment relationship will end on the day of payment of severance pay, when the work book will be closed and deregistration from employment will be carried out through the competent authority (tax administration).

4. The heads of bodies and services, public institutions and companies that are financed from the budget of the municipality of Rožaje, will decide on each request, within 15 days from the submission of the request.

5. An employee whose employment relationship is terminated in the manner regulated by point two of this Invitation, cannot re-establish an employment relationship in state bodies, local administration bodies, public services, institutions and companies founded by the Municipality, for a period of 5 years from payment of severance pay.

6. This invitation will be displayed on the notice board of the municipality of Rožaje and published on the official website of the municipality of Rožaje. Rožaje, 02/04/2019. year
