Public call for enrollment in the municipal register of sports organizations for 2020
Based on Article 33 Paragraph 1 of the Decision on Co-financing of Sports ("Official Gazette of Montenegro - Municipal Regulations" No. 07/19) and in accordance with the Law on Sports ("Official Gazette of Montenegro" No. 044/18), the Municipality of Rožaje announces:
PUBLIC CALL
FOR ENROLLMENT IN THE MUNICIPAL REGISTER OF SPORTS ORGANIZATIONS FOR 2020
I Sports clubs, sports recreation organizations, sports organizations of persons with disabilities, school sports clubs and school sports associations from the territory of the municipality of Rožaje are invited to submit the following documents and data to the Secretariat for Local Self-Government and Social Activities of the Municipality of Rožaje:
• Decision on registration (issued by the Ministry of Sports and Youth of Montenegro, i.e. proof that they are registered in accordance with the new Law on Sports ("Official Gazette of Montenegro" No. 044/18),
• Statute,
• Act of incorporation,
• Classification decision,
• Minutes of the work of the Assembly of the sports organization,
• Data on the number of members of the sports organization
• Data on the number of licensed coaches in the sports organization
• Information on whether the sports organization uses the services of DOO "Sportski centar" Rožaje, or uses its own sports fields
In addition to the above documents, it is necessary to fill out the application form for 2020, which can be downloaded from the office of the Secretariat for Local Self-Government and Social Activities of the Municipality of Rožaje. You can download the application form HERE.
II The public call for registration in the Municipal Register of Sports Organizations in the Municipality of Rožaje for the year 2020 is open for 20 days from the date of publication and lasts from November 7, 2019 to November 27, 2019. years.
III Sports organizations that are not registered in the Municipal Register of Sports Organizations lose the right to participate in the Contest for co-financing the work program of sports organizations for the year 2020.
