Jusuf Nurkovic, vice-champion of the Balkans

At the Balkan championship for juniors held in Zrenjanin from June 20-21, competitor from Rožaj Jusuf Nurković won the silver medal.

Our champion convincingly defeated all his opponents until the finals, and above all the representatives of Serbia, Greece and Bosnia and Herzegovina, while in the final match he lost to the vice-champion of Europe, Petr Zadar from Bosnia and Herzegovina.

After the final fight, with a slight smile, Jusuf briefly commented, "I have a gold medal from the Balkan Championship, I was missing a silver medal in my collection."
