COMPETITION of the 27th International Children's Song Festival "GOLD SNOWFLAKE" 2020 Rožaje
Applications for performers from Montenegro (first evening)
Children's compositions WHICH HAVE NOT BEEN PREVIOUSLY PUBLISHED can be submitted to the Competition. The text of the composition must be intended for children's age and MUST NOT BE PREVIOUSLY PUBLISHED. The maximum duration of the composition is 3:30 minutes. One composer can submit several compositions. Selected compositions are performed by children with Montenegrin citizenship. aged from 7 to 13 years. The selection of performers is made by the authors in cooperation with the artistic director of the Festival. The authors of the compositions can be from abroad. The performers perform the dress rehearsal and the competition performance live. The compositions selected by the Selection Committee are purchased. The selected compositions cannot be subsequently withdrawn. are obliged to arrange the selected compositions in a studio. Mastering of the compositions is carried out by the Festival organizer. Applications should be sent by mail to the address: Center for Culture Rožaje, ul. 13. juli bb, 84310 Rožaje with the indication "For the Contest - participants from Montenegro" or to e-mail [email protected]. Applications must contain a demo audio recording (CD or DVD if sent by mail), information about the authors, text compositions and contact information of the authors. Applications must be sent by October 31, 2019. The organizer will inform the authors of the compositions that have been selected for performance at the Festival. Final arrangements (full and matrix) must be sent in uncompressed wav format
(16bit – 44.1kHz) no later than December 20, 2019. If the final arrangements are sent by e-mail, it is necessary to compress them with a WinRar or WinZip archiver and upload them to one of the file sharing servers. At the same time, with the sent final arrangement (full and matrix), the following information should be sent: name, surname, photo and biography of the performer, as well as the names and surnames of the authors of the music, arrangement and lyrics

Compositions for children that may have been previously published can be submitted to the Competition. The text of the composition must be intended for the children's age and may have been published earlier. The maximum duration of the composition is 3:30 minutes. One composer may submit several works. Selected compositions are performed by children from 7 to 13 years old. The soloists perform the dress rehearsal and the competition performance live. The selected compositions cannot be subsequently withdrawn. Applications must contain a studio-arranged recording (CD or DVD if sent by mail), information about the authors and the name of the country which is represented by the performer, the text of the composition and the contact information of the author. Applications must be sent by January 1, 2020. The organizer will inform the authors of the compositions that have been selected for performance at the Festival. The final arrangements (full and matrix) must be sent in uncompressed wav format

At the same time, with the sent final arrangement, the following should be sent: name, surname, photo and biography of the performer as well as the names and surnames of the authors of the music, arrangement and text - the Organizer will form an Expert Jury that decides on the best compositions and interpretations, the best text and arrangement and the Special Award of the Expert Jury – The Children's Jury consists of the Choir and the Dance Studio of the Cultural Center, which will award the Children's Jury Award. The prizes are monetary. The Festival will be held on February 28 and 29, 2020 at the Rožaje Cultural Center.
