The local self-government invites citizens to highlight house numbers in accordance with the law
Based on the Law on Territorial Organization, the local self-government had the obligation to assign street names and number every building on the territory of the municipality.
In accordance with those regulations, the Secretariat for Planning, Spatial Planning and Environmental Protection based on the decisions made an elaboration and analysis of the current situation and elaborated this issue in detail.
Boards with street names and house numbers were made and their distribution began.
In accordance with the legal deadline that expires on July 10, every household will receive its number and is obliged to display it in a visible place on the street facade.
Please note, the last numbering was done in the 90s and it was necessary to change outdated data because in the meantime street names were changed, new buildings were built and existing buildings were reconstructed.
The local self-government invites all citizens to support the realization of this very important activity in a way that they will display their numbers responsibly and in a timely manner at the prescribed places, which is, among other things, a legal obligation.
