Minister Simović and President Husović opened the Agribusiness info center

Today, the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development, Milutin Simović, was on a working visit to Rožaje with his associates, where he and the mayor of the municipality, Rahman Husović, opened the Agroboznis info center, which will provide farmers with services in the field of improving agricultural production.

Employees of the Agribusiness Info Center will provide expert advice to agricultural producers as well as support in the preparation of projects, business plans and requests for the use of funds from the national budget and European funds.

One of the important roles of the Agribusiness Info Center will be to introduce farmers to the support measures defined by the Agricultural Budget. Efforts will also be made in the field of modernization of agricultural production and improvement of food safety standards.

During the meeting, President Husović also presented concrete solutions regarding the construction and modernization of water and road infrastructure in the rural area of the municipality and requested the support of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development for their implementation.
The meeting was also attended by MPs in the Parliament of Montenegro, Ervin Ibrahimović and Mirsad Mulić, who, from the level of their positions, made a huge contribution to the opening of this important support service for farmers.

During today's meeting, it was announced that the Government has invested over three million euros in agricultural projects in Rožaje in the past three and a half years.
