Announcement of the 9th regular session of the Assembly of Rožaje

Based on Article 71 of the Rules of Procedure of the Rožaje Municipality Assembly

S A Z I V A M

IX (ninth) regular session of the SO, which will be held on May 20, 2015. (Wednesday), starting at 11:00 a.m. in the hall of the Cultural Center (library).

I suggest the following for the session:

AGENDA

1. Presentation of the study on investment in early education of children in Montenegro, which was prepared by UNICEF in cooperation with the Ministry of Education and Yale University;

2. Consideration of Information from the Customs Administration for the year 2014 – Dračenovac and Kula border crossings;

3. Consideration and adoption of the proposal of the Decision on giving consent to the reprogramming of the tax debt;

4. Consideration and adoption of the proposed Decision on working hours;

5. Consideration and adoption of the proposal of the Decision on amendments to the Decision on fees for the use of municipal and uncategorized roads and road land in the territory of the municipality of Rožaje;

6. Consideration and adoption of the proposal of the Decision on changes and additions to the Decision on the amount, method of calculation and payment of the membership contribution to the Tourist Organization of Rožaje;

7. Consideration and adoption of the proposal of the Decision on the release of the Board of the Islamic Community of Rojaje from the fee for the communal equipment of the building land for the construction of the administrative-administrative facility "Islamic Center";

8. Consideration and adoption of the proposed Decision on the twinning of the municipality of Rožaje with the municipality of Goražde;

9. Consideration and adoption of the proposal for the Decision on giving consent to the Decision on the establishment of the Bijela Crkva Local Community;

10. Consideration and adoption of the proposal for the Decision on giving consent for the election of the director of the National Library of Rožaje;

11. Dismissals and appointments.
