Announcement of the XI regular session of the SO Rožaje

Based on Article 71 of the Rules of Procedure of the Rožaje Municipality Assembly

S A Z I V A M

XI (eleventh) regular session, which will be held on August 27, 2015 (Thursday), starting at 11:00 a.m. in the Small Hall of the Cultural Center (library).

I suggest the following for the session:

AGENDA:

 

  1. Consideration and adoption of the proposed Decision on the final account of the budget of the municipality of Rožaje for 2014;

  2. Consideration and adoption of the Report on the work of the President of the Municipality of Rožaje for 2014 with the Report on the performance of the function of local self-government;

  3. Consideration and adoption of the proposed Decision on the protection of the tourist area "Turijak";

  4. Consideration and adoption of the proposed Decision on the protection of the tourist area "Hajla - Štedim";

  5. Consideration and adoption of the proposed Decision on the declaration of a "Business Zone";

  6. Consideration and adoption of the proposal of the Decision on entrusting public lighting maintenance work on the territory of the municipality of Rožaje;

  7. Consideration and adoption of the proposed Decision on the adoption of the Action Plan for the fight against corruption in the municipality of Rožaje for the period from 2015 to 2016.

  8. Consideration and adoption of the proposed Decision on determining the location for the city cemetery;

  9. Consideration and adoption of the proposal of the Decision on giving consent to the candidacy of the municipality of Rožaje for the organization of inter-municipal youth sports games (MOSI) for 2017;

  10. Consideration and adoption of the proposed Decision on the sale of construction land.

  11. Consideration and adoption of the proposed Decision on determination of public interest;

  12. Consideration and adoption of the proposal of the Decision on granting consent for the deletion of the burden of the prohibition of alienation and encumbrance of immovable property;

  13. Consideration and adoption of the proposal of the Decision on the establishment of the limited liability company "Ski centar Hajla".
