Announced cooperation between Rožaj and local communities in Greece

On April 14, the President of the Municipality of Rožaje Rahman Husović met with the Ambassador of Greece to Montenegro, H.E. Panajotis Partsos, who was on a working visit to Rožaj, and the Vice-President of the Parliament of Montenegro, Ervin Ibrahimović, and the Advisor to the President of the State, Amer Halilović.

President Husović informed the Greek ambassador about the current situation in Rožaje as well as the efforts made by the local administration to improve the standard of living.

Ambassador Partosos thanked the President and his associates for the warm reception and expressed his satisfaction with his stay in Rožaje.

He, on behalf of the Embassy of Greece, expressed his willingness to establish cooperation between the Municipality of Rožaje and Greek local communities in order to implement joint activities that lead to the cultural and economic connection of the citizens of the two countries.

After the meeting in the Municipality building, President Husović and his associates, together with distinguished guests, visited the local museum, the "Ganica Tower", a symbol of the city, and the charitable society "Merhamet", for whose beneficiaries the Embassy of Greece provided a valuable donation.
