The arrangement of the "Brezovačko Brdo" park-forest continues

The Secretariat for Planning, Spatial Planning and Environmental Protection, Ski Center "Hajla", NGO "Avlija", Ministry of Health "Banžovo Brdo", Boy Scout Detachment "Ibar", Radio Television Rozaje and the Local Tourist Organization have recently implemented a park-forest development project. Brezovacko brdo".
The project will be complemented by the construction of five wooden pedestrian bridges over the Crnja River leading to Brezovacko Brdo. In order to complete the contents that this recreation area offers to citizens, the Rožaj company LUNEX donated drainage stone for the tennis court, which is currently being installed. A court for basketball and volleyball is being prepared not far from the location of the Plunčanski most, the filling of the trim track has started and the damages in which rain water was retained on the bicycle-pedestrian Green path as part of the forest park have been repaired.
This green corner contains up to now 9700 meters of marked hiking and cycling trails.
The mentioned activities are carried out with the support of the Union of Municipalities of Montenegro and GIZ, as well as the company TOFI.
The well-maintained forest paths will be used for hiking and cycling, and in winter for snowshoeing, ski touring and snowboarding, which will contribute to the development of healthy lifestyles, and at the same time improve the tourist offer in Rožaj.
