THE NEW CONVOCATION OF THE ASSEMBLY OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF ROJAJA ON FRIDAY ELECTS THE PRESIDENT OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF ROJAJA

On Friday, August 3, 2018, after the first regular session of the Rožaje Municipality Assembly, it will be known who will be the president of the Rožaje Municipality for the next four years. Although the proposed agenda for this session foresees the election of the president as the last item, this will be the most important decision that the local parliament will make at the first regular session. The election of the president of the municipality will complete the constitution of the authorities in Rožaje after the local elections held on May 27, 2018.
The councilors of the new convocation, at this session, will consider two more points, namely: the filling of vacant councilor seats and the adoption of the proposal on the election of members of the Selection and Appointment Committee.
In the next four years, 19 councilors from the Bosniak Party, 10 from the DPS, 4 from the SD and one from the SDP will participate in the work of the Municipal Assembly.
