We are informing Enver Dacic about the request for the legalization of the building

Notice related to the request filed by Dacic Enver No. UP0403-458 dated July 9, 2018, for legalization
illegal object, we inform the following:
Considering the aforementioned request number above, this authority determined that the request number above is incomplete, and that you are in accordance with Article 60 of the Law on Administrative Procedure ("Official Gazette of Montenegro" No. 56/14, 20/15, 40/16 and 37/ 17), and in connection with Article 156 of the Law on Spatial Planning and Construction of Buildings ("SI. list of Montenegro* No. 64/17, 44/18, 63/18, 11/19 and 82/20), obliged to within 30 of the day, submit to this Secretariat a certified report on the survey of the completed state of the built object made by a licensed geodetic organization and a record of the existence of the object in the cadastral records, i.e. an extract from the cadastral records.
If you do not submit the requested documentation within the deadline, please note that the Secretariat for Spatial Planning and Environmental Protection of the Municipality of Rožaje will reject the request as irregular, in accordance with Article 60 of the Law on Administrative Procedure ("Official Gazette of Montenegro 56/14, 20/15 , 40/16 1 37/17).
