We are informing Hafiz Grbović within the framework of the request for the legalization of the illegal building

Notice related to your request No. UP0403-791 dated July 11, 2018, for the legalization of an illegal building, we inform you of the following:

Considering your request, this authority determined that your request is incomplete, and that you are in accordance with Article 60 of the Law on Administrative Procedure ("Official Gazette of Montenegro" No. 56/14, 20/15, 40/16 and 37/17), and in connection with articles 154, 156 and 158 of the Law on Spatial Planning and Building Construction ("Official Gazette of Montenegro 64/17, 44/18, 63/18, 11/19 and 82/20), obliged to Within 45 days, submit to this Secretariat a certified study of the completed condition survey of the built object made by a licensed geodetic organization and a record of the existence of the object in the cadastral records, i.e. an extract from the cadastral records.

If you do not submit the required documentation within the deadline, please note that the Secretariat for Planning, Spatial Planning and Environmental Protection of the Municipality of Rožaje will refuse Your request as irregular, according to Article 60 of the Law on Administrative Procedure ("Journal of the Republic of Montenegro No. 56/14, 20/15, 40/16 and 37/17).
