Pursuant to Article 12 of the Law on Environmental Impact Assessment (Official Gazette of the Republic of Montenegro 80/05), the competent authority of the municipality of Rožaje:

It informs interested authorities, organizations and other interested public that a request has been submitted for a decision on the need for an environmental impact assessment, with accompanying documentation from the project holder Mujević (Hasan) Mujo, for the construction of a mini-farm with a capacity of about 250 sheep, on cadastral plot no. 149 KO Seošnica, registered in the title deed no. 144 – Copy in the name of Mujević (Hasan) Mujo.
The inspection can be carried out in the premises of the Secretariat for Planning, Spatial Planning and Environmental Protection (office no. 11) every working day from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. starting on May 4, 2018.
Interested authorities and organizations may, within 7 (seven) days from the date of receipt, i.e. publication of the notice, submit their opinion and remarks to this Secretariat, as the competent authority.
It informs interested authorities, organizations and other interested public that a request has been submitted for a decision on the need for an environmental impact assessment, with accompanying documentation from the project manager Naser Dautović, for the construction of a mini-farm with a capacity of about 5 dairy cows, on cadastral plot no. 212 KO Plunci.
The inspection can be carried out in the premises of the Secretariat for Planning, Spatial Planning and Environmental Protection (office no. 11) every working day from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. starting on May 4, 2018.
Interested authorities and organizations may, within 7 (seven) days from the date of receipt, i.e. publication of the notice, submit their opinion and remarks to this Secretariat, as the competent authority.
It informs interested authorities, organizations and other interested public that a request has been submitted for a decision on the need for an environmental impact assessment, with accompanying documentation from the project holder Municipality of Rožaje, for the construction of street lighting Seošnica 1 and Seošnica 2.
The inspection can be carried out in the premises of the Secretariat for Planning, Spatial Planning and Environmental Protection (office no. 11) every working day from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. starting on April 11, 2018.
Interested authorities and organizations may, within 7 (seven) days from the date of receipt, i.e. publication of the notice, submit their opinion and remarks to this Secretariat, as the competent authority.
