Notice

Pursuant to Article 12 of the Law on Environmental Impact Assessment (Official Gazette of the Republic of Montenegro 80/05), the competent authority of the municipality of Rožaje:

- Informs interested authorities, organizations and other interested public that a request has been submitted for a decision on the need for an environmental impact assessment, with accompanying documentation from the project holder Emir Husović, for the temporary construction and fertilization of poultry, on the cadastral plot 1364/22 KO Ibarac, recorded in Property sheet LN 53.

- The inspection can be carried out in the premises of the Secretariat for Planning, Spatial Planning and Environmental Protection (office no. 11) every working day from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. starting on July 2, 2018.

- Interested bodies and organizations may, within 7 (seven) days from the date of receipt, i.e. publication of the notification, submit their opinion, remarks to this Secretariat, as the competent authority.
