NOTICE DOO INTERFOOD

Pursuant to Article 12 of the Law on Environmental Impact Assessment (Official Gazette of the Republic of Croatia No. 80/05), the competent authority of the municipality of Rožaje:

Informs interested authorities, organizations and other interested public that a request has been submitted for a decision on the need for an environmental impact assessment, with accompanying documentation from the project holder DOO INTERFOOD 35 Rožaje, equipment for picking blueberries and raspberries, as well as a tunnel for deep freezing mushrooms in an office building in the economy, which is located on cadastral plot number 1373 KO Rožaje, Rožaje municipality.

The inspection can be carried out in the premises of the Secretariat for Planning, Spatial Planning and Environmental Protection (office no. 11) every working day from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. starting from April 21, 2017.

Interested authorities and organizations may, within ten days from the date of receipt, i.e. publication of the notice, submit their opinion and remarks to this Secretariat, as the competent authority.
