Based on Article 24 and in connection with Article 28 of the Law on Environmental Impact Assessment ("Official Gazette of Montenegro", No. 75/18), the Secretariat for Spatial Planning and Environmental Protection of the Municipality of Rožaje

that the owner of the project "Chicken" doo, from Rožaj, was given a decision by which consent was given to the Elaborate on impact assessment for the construction of an agricultural facility - a mini-farm for breeding poultry, on cadastral plot no. 1085/1 KO Koljeno I, Rožaje municipality. In the conducted environmental impact assessment procedure, it was established that the Environmental Impact Assessment Report was prepared in accordance with the Law on Environmental Impact Assessment ("Official Gazette of Montenegro", No. 75/18).
The consent decision established the obligation of the Project Holder to carry out the construction of a business facility in accordance with the environmental protection measures established in the Elaboration of the Impact Assessment, which refer to:

• Measures to prevent, reduce or eliminate harmful effects during construction, operation and in the event of an accident,
• Program for monitoring the impact of the project on the environment (monitoring).

An appeal can be filed against the decision on giving consent to the Elaborate to the Chief Administrator of the Municipality of Rožaje, within 15 days from the date of publication of the notice in the media.
