Based on Article 24 and in connection with Article 28 of the Law on Environmental Impact Assessment ("Official Gazette of Montenegro", No. 75/18), the Secretariat for Spatial Planning and Environmental Protection of the Municipality of Rožaje

da je nosiocu projekta „Lux pelet” d.o.o., iz Rožaja, donijeto rješenje kojim je data saglasnost na Elaborat procjene uticaja na životnu sredinu za Projekat pogona za proizvodnju peleta, na katastarskoj parceli br.1393/1 KO Rožaje, opština Rožaje.
In the conducted environmental impact assessment procedure, it was determined that the Environmental Impact Assessment Report was prepared in accordance with the Law on Environmental Impact Assessment ("Official Gazette of Montenegro", No. 75/18).
The consent decision established the obligation of the Project Holder to carry out the implementation of the subject project in accordance with the environmental protection measures established in the Elaboration of Impact Assessment, which refer to:
- mjere predviđene u cilju sprečavanja, smanjenja ili otklanjanja značajnog štetnog uticaja na životnu sredinu u toku eksploatacije i akcidenata,
- pogram praćenja uticaja projekta na životnu sredinu (monitoring).
An appeal can be filed against the decision on giving consent to the Elaborate to the Chief Administrator of the Municipality of Rožaje, within 15 days from the date of publication of the notice in the media.
