Notice of Initiation of Proceedings

Pursuant to Article 12 of the Law on Environmental Impact Assessment (Official Gazette of the Republic of Montenegro 80/05), the competent authority of the municipality of Rožaje:

- Informs interested authorities, organizations and other interested public that a request has been submitted to decide on the need for an environmental impact assessment, with supporting documentation from the project holder Škrijelj Safet from Rožaja, the supply of mechanization, as equipment for the normal functioning of the cattle fattening farm, in order to apply for IPARD public call.

- The inspection can be carried out in the premises of the Secretariat for Planning, Spatial Planning and Environmental Protection (office no. 11) every working day from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. starting on April 11, 2018.

- Interested bodies and organizations may, within 7 (seven) days from the date of receipt, i.e. publication of the notification, submit their opinion, remarks to this Secretariat, as the competent authority.
